Yeah and a lot of people on here compare them to fed ex ground contractors.

I love amazon, best thing since sliced bread, for a consumer, but as a buisness partner I want no part of amazon.. I’ve seen their rates posted here along with their games and I want no part in doing buisness with em.. someone has got to pay for that $99 guaranteed 2 day prime delivery, just not gonna be me.

Some stuff that is Prime doesn't even arrive in two days anymore like it's supposed to. You can actually get free shipping from WalMart.com and delivery within a couple of days without even paying for a membership. Their freight is a joke. They use and abuse carriers for cheap.

When I worked for a mega I hauled a few Amazon loads and they sucked. Pick up at 2:AM for a delivery 400 miles away by 9:30:am the next day. They herd you in and out of their DC"s like cattle.

From what I understand they're one of the lowest paying shippers out there. The company has never turned a profit. They get breaks on shipping from FedEx and the USPS because of volume. I'm not a member of prime, and I never buy any of the crap they sell.

And they keep building more and more warehouses. Down in Winchester va new one is going in. Just delivered 1 out of 40 loads of Raymond fork trucks/pallet jacks. 5 order pickers weighing 35k
