Anyone have a clue- Check engine Flickering - Not flashing

Just bought a 2014 T680 @ 4 weeks ago. about 150 miles from the dealer she threw a fault code. that turned out to be a exhaust hose off the engine, not a big deal, but in the 3 weeks it took me to get her back to the dealer to fix it my Check engine has started to "Flicker"
Its not flashing, at least not with any kind of regular pattern, it will just flicker, almost like it has a short in the bulb. Problem is its not a bulb or can it exactly be a short, since its a circuit board. Also one other comment, during the 3 weeks she did give me a "Stop engine" light for @ 10 mins. Turned the engine off 3 times and let her sit each time for a while, longer each one, and the third time it cleared and never came back.
So far the dealer tried replacing the dash to make sure it wasn't the dash, nope.
nothing showing on the computer for any errors or codes.
Anyone have a guess as to what it could be?????
