Some have em some don't it depends if your a crappy driver or the driver before you was crappy... But not all the trucks have them and if you get one just ask your FM and they'll have maintence take it out aslong as you aren't a "problem" driver
Week two over, on countdown to re-evaluation. My FM went to bat for me and im told that after 45-60 days, the training board guy REALLY wants to promote me to trainer. Heck, even was told us a possibility of even keeping my current kick@$$ fm They do all this and only thing better would be to give me a condo version of current truck.
Yea thats possible. But then Mike told me offering trainer to regional guys just started. I figure, if thats true, were in uncharted territory and its also possible id be able to keep my current fm. He's awesome, so if I cant keep him, I may turn down training. Even told my fm today, it would be a deal killer.
Scott 72, are you a flat bedder?? I am graduating next week and was wondering if I may get you. Where is your home?
I went through training with a dedicated regional driver. So I really don't see why that would have been a problem. How long have you been driving? 6 Mos to a year, or more than a year?
Going on 9 months. Only a problem BC Iilike the way things are with my fm. We know how each otherworks and its synergy. Won't have that with someone else.
What does being certified to train a female driver involve, out of curiosity? I'll be going for phase 1 at the end of June, 6/30,I was wondering how Roehl dealt with sending a Male trainer with a female trainee. Does Roehl have a fair amount of female trainers?
