Anyone have experience with a Benson step deck “hybrid”(?)

I’m looking at at used Benson low pro step deck that is aluminum but frame for upper deck and drop is steel fastened to aluminum main beams. Never saw a two piece frame like that. Anyone have any experience with this type of setup? My main concern is structural integrity at point where steel meets aluminum. Trailer almost ten years old and no I haven’t seen it close up. Hoping for good or bad input before going any further
