Found some posts that were a few years old that had decent things to say and some say things have changed over the last few years. Are they a good company to work for? Currently doing OTR tanker, but I really want to find something local and these guys don't want years of experience like everyone else.

I worked there for two years. I left three years ago for a better paying gig. Since I left, the CEO has been ousted, and the company has began working with Quality Carriers. But, in talking to my contacts there, not much has changed. Still a good solid company from what I'm told. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Very easy going family type atmosphere. Pay could be better, but I didn't do bad there.

They have a high turnover there (when I was there anyway). I think a lot of the reason was it's just a dirty job. Speaking for myself, that was never mentioned during my talks with the recruiter. Not a big deal to me, but for some people it was an issue. That and the equipment. While safe and it got the job done, the trucks were underpowered. Mostly C12 and c13 cats set at 430hp with an autoshift behind it. But they have volvos no
