    We had some recruitors come in last week and I really liked TMC and Mcelroy I was wondering if anyone has heard about or are working with either of these companies? Just looking for advise on them.

    Like pay and home time the main thing about mcelroy is the garanteed home every weekend and thats a plus for me, my wife is just now comming around to me taking an otr gig so I just want to hear from other drivers who have worked or are still working for theses two.

    I worked for TMC, they are a good company but I'm now too far out of their area. They're strict about the rules, as long as you can deal with that they're super. Most drivers I have spoken with make it home every weekend, they tell you 46 out of 52 home.

    McElroy is a little more laid back and tolerant (that's saying a lot considering they're 7th day Adventists) and the home time is better. You'll also have a 99% more secure job offering than attending TMC's orientation. You'll probaby make about the same either way.
