    Just happened to find this Keto Thread...
    so i'll throw in my 2 cents

    I adhere to it
    Kind of a Paleo / Keto mix
    Dairy products being the big
    difference .

    ( Results after approx. 1 year )
    258 down to 198 .... ( my ' normal ' weight before trucking
    was around 195 . i trained on my bike and raced back then )

    I know every Walmart parking lot and
    Grocery on my route so it works out

    ( Clinically speaking : A1C went to 5.2 along with all the other
    blood markers falling into place )

    PS : Last time i was home i was experimenting with Keto Pizza
    Really worked well ... family members approved of it .

    I find this diet a little confusing it’s similar to Atkins diet by All accounts just out of interest throw a few meals you would eat Cheers Buddy

    Rough Example :

    Plan my day and swing by a WalMart
    Go to the Market section and grab a Tomato , Cucumber , Bell Pepper
    or any other vegetables you like

    Grab something like this : Baby Spinach , Mixed Greens etc
    10 cups a day of fresh vegetables is a good amount

    Swing to the Deli and get a Rotisserie Chicken ( $4.98 )
    ( I peel the skin off and pick all the meat off )
    ...basically ending up with a juicy steam cooked bird ...

    Breakfast is generally just Coffee with Heavy Cream and Organic Sweetener
    Sometimes i add a small chunk of KerryGold Organic Grass fed butter .

    Any Question about what you are consuming is easily answered by guys like this online
    Lot of Kete people online ... lots of truckers have websites also

    Hey thanks kindly I’m gonna start it I haven’t had a drink in 7 days and I’m gradually cutting out candy soft drinks chips crackers and all that other crap that we shouldn’t be eating

    Jillian Michaels made a big deal of this some time back ... there are many replies
    to her on Youtube ... Nutritionist and Doctors ( M.D.'s ) etc

    i'm not an expert on this but how many calories u think u burn per day just because u are older compared to younger? belive me its not that many

    dude have u studied dr gregor on youtube?
    who on earth thinks that your body does not need carbs?
    have u thought to think that your immune system is weak as hell since the only foods that make it strong are plants, beans, whole grains and fruit?
