    To everyone that has replied thank you, and I know of a few companies “Mega” that will hire me, and no I went to one of “those” less than 160 hr schools that’s not the issue though. My objective is to find a construction job as a driver/laborer and they always ask if you “know how to” drive a manual truck.

    I was just saying without training, getting a job can be difficult. Because lots companies and insurance will not take that risk.
