I want to point out I am NOT a recruiter. Im a driver myself. Trying to help out someone who might be looking for work in the permian. Or who has work but wants to switch it up. I am pretty familar with this company and specific run.

i know this is the oil field forum, this job is in Odessa TX but in LTL. Close.enough. A big LTL carrier is looking to fill a SCHEDULED linehaul position right away. The run is 3,000+ a week. Easy $100,000+ a year. Drop and hook. You never load or unload freight. Always run legal. Good equipment. Probably.average 12 hours a night give or take.

    Home everyday.

Mon-Fri work nights, with weekends off. You might be able to run an extra run on the weekend if you want and have the hours and they have freight.

You'll never sit at home, runs every night.. Only time you wont run is if Interstate 20 is iced over.

    Endorsements you'll need:
    Hazmat
    Doubles and triples
    Tanker

Send me a PM if you're interested and I'll send you more info and try to answer whatever questions I can..

    Thanks guys and gals.

Yeah, what's so unbelievable about it?

    3,000x.65x52=101,400..

That's not even including drops & hooks.

Yep. The bigger LTLs are paying mids .60s CPM these days. Hell UPS Freights top rate is .70 cpm.

Odessa is 300+ miles from DFW and 275 or so from el paso. Doesnt take much to rack up miles in west texas.

52? Who wants to run 52 weeks a year?

And how much do the drops and hooks pay?

By the hour usually. 15 minutes if it's just a drop and swap. And, yes, $100k is very doable.

Hey, just what I was think"in. My goodness, that will make a grumpy old man or woman out of ya. That $ sounds a little high, but could be, I guess. Every night too.
