Fyi they are some sketchy ### bosnians, paying short miles, dont pay deadhead miles. And you'll have to do multi stop shower door loads your first few loads which is driver assist unload and doesnt pay ####. My dispatcher was a 21 year old kid in europe, i made like $600 a week and this was in 2024. They called a ton of times in a row on my reset, canceled the load since I didn't answer and tried calling it load abandonment. I had to explain to them, no Im empty you just decided to cancel my next pickup, load abandonment is leaving a loaded trailer somewhere which I did not do. Was absolutely ridiculous. They think they own you if you work there. It was the worst job experience ive ever had in trucking and they will bill you $550 "hiring fees" on your last check and $250 for "cleaning" even as a w2. Theres a few other reviews on glassdoor with similar experiences as me. Dont work there!

I took one load from colorado to tulsa and ended up in the er bc of something in the truck made me sick where i lost vission and had high blood pressure that little ####er blew up my phone every hour while i was in the er and the days after it wanting all my medical records and then wanted to come to my house and fight me. I told him he shows up i would shoot him. He then wanted me to get back in truck and get a load to get it back to colorado and i told him no iam still sick so he came and got it and put abandonment on my dac but hire right is in my home state of oklahoma so ill get it off and filing a report with dept of labor as well as bbb and send emails to irs for his tax fruad.

I wouldn't waste my time with this crooked , short change outfit, another eastern European swift outfit, i drove for them for a month and ran away, lot of favoritism, disrespectful stuff and dispatchers, no deadhead pay , no detention and good luck on getting your last paycheck , always screwed.
Always red light at the weight stations.
Like the other drivers said RUN AWAY.

Quit spreading false information.....I worked for them From 11/23-02-25 and I'm back again. It was quite common for BTI to put new hires in brand new Trucks. Also they may have dispatchers in Bosnia, but while your company dispatcher are sleeping with their mouths wide open, these guys are finding loads. These people are easy going compared to other Eastern Euro Companies. Although they do run a lot of west of the Rocky Mtns( California/Utah and Northwest, they also have light loads of cans going to Tulsa and return with Toilet paper going back to Colorado, Vegas or New Mexico. So if you're not comfortable running west, I suggest you look elsewhere. And if you are looking for a company out of Colorado, the majority of them do West Coast too. Any factual information you need asked me. This was my truck

Looks like they're strict on hiring, which is a good thing!
We want to hear from you if you’re at least 24 years old, have 3 plus years of OTR commercial driving experience, no accidents with maximum 4 citations in the past 3 years, and no criminal record or convictions. New hires are subject to insurance approval.
