They seem to pay well and have late model 579's. I do know however that their insurance premiums are very high and they still don't offer direct deposit.
The CT driver I knew was quick to point out that you will run a 14 hour clock practically
every day.

Back when they were Teamsters, You could make a killing. Equipment was always the worst on the road. The freight volumes moved was crazy. The Docks were so busy, it was a madhouse. Dock workers slept in their cars sometimes, working 100 hrs a week. They were a very miserable bunch. It’s not a bad short term job, but not for a long Career.

They used to sell Drivers a Truck, and be an O/O, and still be a Teamster. Lol. Talk about sweetheart deals.

I remember when CT opened they're Lincoln ne terminal and I brought one of they're trailers from York penn to Lincoln....what a pos ! And the new Lincoln terminal wasnt any better .

One of my best friends works for them. He made 90k last year. So yes you can make decent cash.
