Anyone leased to Land Span?

I run tht solo. Good luck splitting pay in it.

 

How can you run that solo? Your truck always seems to be broke. =]

 

I do as well, but when you run more miles your costs go down. I'm getting 2800 miles a week or so running single at about a buck a mile plus FSC but after insurance, trailer, tags, etc. there's no more left than if I were leased to almost anyone. Swift, Werner and the lot pay most of the things that I pay now and I get no discounts on anything like they do. And the company I'm leased to makes it very difficult to haul any broker loads to get moving when they have no freight or are not anywhere near a terminal.

 

It looks like this company is out of business.
