    Yes New Truck to me. It'll most likely have some miles on it since it'll be a 2018 model.

    I’m going to pick it’s a rental Conversion truck then. I’d work them harder on that rate.

    $5000 security deposit that you get back at the end of the lease with accrued interest.

    That's what I was wondering. 2018 models have already been depreciated by 2 years in most cases.

    I was talking to a Penske Customer Service Rep this past week. He said due to the lack of availability of trucks, the down payment has increased to $10,000 and monthly payments are at $4500 for a tandem axle day cab, single axle day cabs are $1300 cheaper. I didn't ask about sleepers, but I'm guessing the monthly payment would be greater than $4500.
