They run lots of straight ribs up there on the pavement. Lugged tired just hold up better in the field as they don't catch near as many rocks.

Wonder what the going rate on moving those shacks is?

How big? How heavy? From where to where? I can tell you if you want oilfield trucks they don't work cheap. Most of them want their hourly rate which usually starts at 150 an hour for 14 hours a day. I work with people on a rate but winch tractors are expensive to own and operate and they demand a premium rate.

I wish guys were still bringing in good rates like that up here!!! Just a little over a year ago rates were above 120 an hour for water bottles and now guys have them cut down between 75 to 90 and hour!!! Alot of those guys who ruined most of the bucket work around here with cutting rates must've came to the gas patch.

Those are winch tractor rates. Water trucks get between 100 and 130. Picker trucks start at 180 and bedtrucks start at 210 up to 300 for really big old sows. I was talking to a guy up around Williamsport the other day who was getting 30 an hour for his water bottle and thought he was in high cotton I was rude and laughed out loud.

I know its disgusting haulhand, I was up near williamsport last night doing my boss a favor and took a hotshot run for him. I ran up 44 to below coudersport and back down to kittanning. While up there I saw 2 water bottles and 1 sand can the whole time i was on 44 and 220. If I would've went up there last year I would've seen tons of oil field related trucks....
