Anyone own a Triple Axle with a Back-end roller?

I asked the last guy in with equipment on the farm what there rates are. Was told they charge two rates. On highway, (ie farm deliveries, moving equipment from dealership to dealership) was at $170 hr for winch truck + trailer. Off highway (IE oil field) was at $240. Rate charged from time he left home until he got home.
