On a load from Texas to Las Vegas and saw what 7+ accident between the Texas border and Santa Rosa, NM yesterday including a couple laid over rigs. Today weather was better but the aftermath of the weather was all over the place on I40.

Westbound side near Grants was a flatbed way off the interstate across the lava rocks and smack into a lava rock embankment. The entire load of what looked like galvanized steel straight through the sleeper, cab and straight out the windshield only stopped by the lava rocks. Must have sheared the driver completely in half.

No idea how they will get that out of there. Looked for pictures on the web but found none. Just before that saw a CR England truck with 3 pods on deck and a couple loose straps on each, no chains nothing. All I could think was even if empty a good stab on the brakes and those will be in his lap.

    Stay safe all!
