Anyone sitting at the Denver terminal today?

has anyone seen the 7 falls in Colorado Springs? My mom was telling me i should try to go see it when I was there, she said she saw it back when she used to be a trucker.

 

you have to do what you have to do, you could of turned down the load though and reminded them of the home time.

 

You should still have time, if you don't make any more detours.

oh I wouldnt have the time and finances to drive my wife to Colorado and get back in time to hit the road again. I have to have her drive to Mira Loma to come get me then drive back home, then drive me back with a round trip and then she is going the next day after dropping me off to visit her grandparents so im already looking at forking out too much money for some home time

maybe in the future though, if I ever get a truck big enough then I might take her out on the road with me for a week at a time, only hard part will be my daughter though figuring that one out.

 

I can undertand that,eating on the road gets old quick.If you two like BBQ Famous Daves is the place to go.Kind of spendy but well worth it.

 

I went to Famous daves once and was very disappointing with the dry meat and high prices and never bothered to go back. I would rather smoke some meats at home which i do once in ahwile. She loves Olive Garden so might go there or Red Lobster.
