You are joking right? This service is provided free at the FMCSA website.

If you are someone interested in this service, Google "FMCSA Website" and you will have free access to this information.

If you are trying to sell this service Sam (Admin) will be along soon to send you packing.

I have no use for the service, nor am i trying to sell it. My company has a bad report in their database(non payment on a load that has a claim thousands of dollars in excess of the rate) We backed up our position with the USDA report(temp was run far higher than specified) and customer claim. This service has refused to remove the complaint. I do have an attorney involved, just wondering if anyone else has had any dealings with them.

    BigJohn54 Thanks this.

Both brokers and carriers use this. Just remember that either can put info in about you without backing it up. If you do find out about it you can refute it. From what i can tell your answer is buried far down on the page.

Just what we need, another half-????? reporting service that is not regulated or fair.

I wonder if some of us enterprising drivers or owner/operators should start a blackball service, I mean a reporting agency, to deal with carriers and brokers.

    What does this service cost?

There are many "fair" reporting services. They look at both sides from a legal stance and then decide if it should be reported or not. Others just report whatever someone sends in.
