Anyone use identogo for background recently? Told 40+ days

Got about a year left on my TWIC but last renewal about 4 years ago it took awhile. I used identgo for it.

Had to change pin about year ago and was in out in a few minutes in Pasadena, Tx.

 

Hi there, so when you went to renew the license they just had the info in the system? I’ve been waiting for this letter since October and nothing ever came. My license is due for renewal in 2 weeks and idk if I can just go and renew? They will have the info?

In my case it’s the Hazmat endorsement. I have a valid TWIC besides.

So in my case PA apparently had my check done on October 1st (fingerprints September 24th). I never got any notice, and this is how it goes in PA. PennDOT had my clearance in the system. IdentGO was no help. It’s also state specific, so your results may vary.
