Anyone Want To Run A Sit Down Restaurant?

Sounds like an awesome opportunity if anyone wants to work for a Butt.

 

Haven't stopped there since pilot took over, looking at the recent reviews appears it's turned into a complete dump. Guessing I haven't missed much.

 

That place was going down hill long before they franchised Pilot for the fuel.

 

That rent number seems like a big deterrent that’s a big nut to bust before you even turn the lights on.

 

I vaguely remember this old location from years ago. Not a really big traffic lane, either. It's not really close to anything, it's just north of Wichita, so drivers going between Wichita and Denver seems to be most of what is passing this location......

 

7K per month is not a huge amount for renting commercial space in a fairly busy truck stop. Some of these goobers out here were paying over half that to "Lease" a single truck from a carrier, and thought nothing of it.
