if jct had trucks with automatics & hired from Louisiana; I would be interested in them
-
I posted that on the wrong thread...sorry y'all. Merry Christmas!
-
Pusherman... My truck is automatic...I don't know about Louisiana though...call them and ask
-
How is that truck treating you.
-
I have just a quick question: other than the obvious, what is the difference between automatic and manual tractor's? Is one better at hauling than the other, fuel efficiency better, etc? Thanks!
-
It's doing good... It has more power going up the mountains than I expected...I am in Oregon now with 382 miles until I get to Sumner,WA and I have averaged 7.1 mpg from Tulsa to here so far
-
Haunted... I can't honestly answer that question right now... My truck has only 2027 miles on it and this is the first automatic I have ever driven...but it was great in Denver in the traffic... My left leg loves it.
HauntedSchizo19 and knuckledragger Thank this. -
That's all right! Well, I hope your experience keeps going good with it! I see more and more newer trucks are equipped with automatic transmissions. I didn't know if it was any better than manual transmissions, as in regular 4wheelers, it doesn't make a huge significant difference.
From your previous post, 7.1 mpg is not too bad at all!
Be safe out there! -
That 7.1 is through Colorado,Wyoming,Utah,Idaho and Oregon... I am anxious to see what it gets on flat ground
knuckledragger Thanks this.
