Go to the Motor Carrier section and look under DAC reports for Central Refrigerated. There are several people on here who seem to be fairly happy with them, but do your own research here on this site.

my personal experience was overall a good one, always remember its going to be really hard to find a company that you are %100 happy or satisfied with, by that i mean, find what is good for you, learn the right questions to ask, although i no longer work there, i was happy for the most part, i do know alot of drivers who think central is the scum of the earth, but looking at other companies i see it was actually a sweet deal, dont EVER take another drivers experience as law, this includes mine, although my experience was good that DOES NOT guarantee yours the same, and vice versa, every drivers experience with a company especially from a money making aspect is different, example, to some people $800 a week is a good check, and to some $1500, driver A complains that he wasnt making any money at $700 / week, this driver may have a family to support and his expenses are way more than his income, while driver B makes $500 / week and only takes care of himself, get together with some drivers and or friends and comprise a nice LONG list of good questions to ask each company, and ask, yes they are going to try and rush you into applying and then coming into orientation, and be careful they are slick, before it you may have 2-3 bus tickets waiting on you, but be patient and make the best choice for you and yours, there is nothing worse than being in the middle of nowhere trying to figure out your next move all because you rushed or allowed yourself to be rushed into a company that does not suit you, if you have any questions about central ill be happy to answer, i just ask you dont DM them to me so the general public can read also

I just Graduated from school the other day and my overall experience was great! Central is accelerated it goes very quickly so you have to keep up, the trainers are great and will make sure you pass but again it is very faced paced and i had no experience with driving at all and i did it! I leave with my trainer friday..Good luck on whatever you decide!
