Good company ! Worked and leased alot but finaly have found a home for a while rules are tough, but the pay is good you have a great support staff a phone call away. Most of the drivers are fairly friendly and will help you through some of the rough spots. First six months are the hardest, gettin use to the system and geting to know the agents. Theres a guy on here goes by OZARK need to get with him hell give you the dirt on the company pretty straight shooter.
good luckMJ1657 Thanks this. -
Heard somewhere they are forcing Owner ops to install an EOBR recording device. Lost any interest I might have had for them. My truck company stays out of it. Good luck in your search.

There are a few LS operators on here, such as myself. I pull a flatbed with them and enjoy it. It takes some time to learn the system and which agents to deal with and which ones not to. But it's the same about anywhere you go with self-booking and dispatch.
New lease operators have to have an EOBR installed, so that might be a deciding factor for you.volvodriver01 and MackDaddyMark Thank this. -
Well, it is a good company so you can enjoy it there and work.
