Is there anything I should do before I start school on Monday? I have my DMV book and nothing more. I feel like I should have more, but I cant think of it and I don't want to be the odd one out.
Anything to prepare for prior to school?

Didn't your school give you a handbook/workbook type thing?
I start Monday too, and my school provided this book:
http://www.amazon.com/Tractor-Trail...ords=tractor-trailer+driver+handbook+workbook
ETA: Pic and link are for 4th ed., whereas I only have 3rd ed. ...Oh well!
If the only thing you have to work with is the DMV CDL book, then just keep studying that... -
No booklets just a start date and time

Wow, that sucks...maybe they'll give you one on Monday, else they're just gonna teach out of the DMV one?
Good luck to you! -
