App all of the sudden only uses phone speaker despite phone being connected to Bluetooth

Okay, so the Hammer app was giving prompts and or directions over Bluetooth perfectly fine but suddenly switched to only using my phone speaker despite podcasts/music etc using my truck audio without fail. Deleted cache and data, unpaired device and paired again, disabled and re-enabled Bluetooth and still the app will not use my truck speakers but has no issues with cutting audio that is already playing completely out....

 

Does Hammer have audio/speaker/BT settings?
