Apply directly at terminal?

It can reaaaally suck sometimes.

 

Sorry for bumping the thread but i have a question. I called the old dominion terminal in richland Mississippi this afternoon and the guy over the transportation side of things said i could apply online. But i see on the threads everyone recommends applying in person

 

Do you know if Linehaul is Charlotte, NC have set runs or they have Extra board as well?

 

I don't know about that particular terminal. Your best bet is to call and ask. Most terminals do have extra board positions and/or wild positions where you leave out and stay in the system for 5 days taking your 10s in hotels.

 

Same thing for the new terminal in South Haven. I've applied to 3 different positions, no luck so far. I'm really after them. I've never heard anything bad about ODFL.

 

If you do linehaul at OD what is the schedule like? Do you know of anyone that does that?
