    How does it start with out power? It will not run the battery down.

    It just uses the battery to ignite it every so often. It barely uses any juice. Its a bunk heater, they burn off diesel. You run an electric heater in your truck with the truck off, youll run those batteries down and likely ruin the batteries too. Imagine your phone charges, gps and dash camera running off the batteries with the truck off. Bunk heater will be about the same.

    My invertor has a low volt discounnect is set at 12.1v. My truck low volt disconnect is also set at 12.1v. So their is ZERO reason I will need a jump
