Hello I am having issues with my apu not blowing cold air it will turn on for a couple of minutes then I get the orange triangle light then eventually the apu turns off. I realized the fan connected to my apu outside of my truck doesn’t turn on. And noticed the fuse corresponding with the fan which is the F11 fuse for the condenser fan (25amp) was blown. I replaced the fuse turned the unit off unplugged everything but that fuse again blew. Has anybody had this issue? Please help if you can, thanks

Maybe the fan turns on but is frozen in place, so the fuse blows.
Maybe replace the fan and see if that helps? -
Check the cord, might have vibrated a hole into it and now it's blowing the fuse.
shatteredsquare Thanks this. -
that fan pulls more to startup than 25 amp, put a 30 in and stay cool

I just replaced my condenser fan cause it was frozen stiff in like 15 degrees of travel, the other 345 degrees it would spin. motor housing was swelled up and cracked open like a leaky battery. went to change the fuse knowing it was blown too. it wasn't blown!? how tf not, idk. maybe not shorted, just buzzer mode

I swear to god there is probably a billion dollars of maintenance labor hours every year spent to rectify holes worn in little 12v wires in mystery places the sun don't shine that could be 100% mitigated by 50 cents worth of conduit and zip ties 5 years before handRunningAces Thanks this.
