are expectations high for new CDL graduates?

I was just told that you can have up to 10 points of deductions on the skills test & thats only a loss of 2. On Friday, I rode over to Council Bluffs with a kid doing his test, & he didnt even make it out of the parking lot. Couldnt alley back. The lady gave him 3 tries & he still couldnt get it. He now cant take his test there for 3 weeks. He can go somewhere else in Iowa & take it sooner I think. They are just so backed up in C.B. The Nebraska test is pretty easy. No walk around. Just brake test, backing, right turn & road test
