Are Mexican carriers subject to CSA 2010?

    Basically, no demerits are lodged against any Canadian license ("CDL" or otherwise) for any violation, regardless of type, that occurs in the U.S., with a few exceptions...
    Ontario really wishes it were California. :biggrin_25523:

    As for commercial vehicle or driver violations that occur in the U.S., Working Class Patriot already posted the answer... they go on the carrier's U.S. DOT file.
