Are most local/ city driving jobs going to be labor intensive?

My back hurts talking to our fleet guys just listening to them talk about dragging hoses to fill reefers just like you said it’s a nightmare.. I’m doing something wrong if I get back to the yard dirty… tank wagon is doing something wrong if they come back to the yard not covered in dirt/diesel.
