I said driving but meant on duty. There is a lot of waiting while preparing cars. Your point still stands though.

And running in the North East with no CDL. You have a lot more courage than I. Cost me almost $12,000 in one dot inspection.

We dont go over weight, but regardless in 3 and a half months we have only hit 1 weigh station. We arent traveling far at all. CDL is happening really soon though bc the weight limit is holding us back.

Are you saying that you as the owner are required to have your cdl even if you arent driving?

No. The driver needs the CDL.
And I run NJ to CT 95% of my freight. -
Our main route is Orange County ny to Westchester and back. Looks like thats about to change though. I believe my money wave is about to take a hit.
