Are Schneider Tanker and Schneider Bulk the same?

your not with SNBC now? And if so how it going ?Im from Pittsburgh thinking of going to SNBC Good / BAD?

 

You do not take you're truck home. You park it at an Operating Center, a Tank Wash, or a lot that Schneider arranges with you. Your "home" operating center is not always the same place that you will park your truck when you go home. Your home operating center is where your team is located. If you don't live anywhere near that operating center, then Schneider assigns you a location to park your truck that is best for you to get home. But is some cases, it could be far away still. I am 12 miles from my home operating center.

 

They told me I had to park in Edwardsville, which sucks because I live 120 miles away from there

 

Does Scnheider have any operation centers east of pittsburgh? like westmoreland county

 

All Schneider operating centers (OC's) can be used by any Schneider division, whether it's Van, Tanker, or Intermodel. The nearest OC east of Pittsburgh/Coraopolis would be their Van OC in Carlisle, PA. Other OC's include Keasbey, NJ; Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; Reserve, LA; Houston, TX; Indianapolis, IN; Gary, IN; Green Bay, WI; St. Louis, MO; West Memphis, AR; Dallas, TX; Laredo, TX; Portland, OR; Fontana, CA; Stockton, CA; Aberfoyle, Ontario; also Seville, OH and Woodhaven, MI, but those two have no driver services available and are only used as parking lots now. I'm not familiar with where they may have other facilities for parking, but someone else may add to this list if they know of any. In the tanker division, we commonly use tank wash locations as a place to park while at home also. Qualawash and Express Container Services are national tank wash locations we commonly use and Kankakee Tank Wash in Illinois also.

 

Bulk is Bulk whether it's dry bulk or liquid bulk. Schneider has a bulk division that uses tankers to haul liquid. They used to haul sand but not anymore.

 

Did the ever do "choice" in the bulk division?
