CDDLife and the others trucking news websites are featuring a lot of non mega truck wrecks lately.
Is it ELOG related or just stupid drivers?
    Or it could be propaganda.

I talked about this with mike 77 and I said never before have I seen so many strange here today gone tomorrow dry van outfits. I think these companies start up thinking this will be easy then when they find out it's not they end up going under all the while there credit is extended to the max and they hire whoever they can and those people some are good and some are not and can't afford to many wrecks yet there really just gambling. So I wouldn't say it's ELOG related I think it's people related, unscrupulous business people thinking there going to make a quick easy buck and then seeing life doesn't work that way after there driver drove there truck into a ditch.

I would say more non ATA trucking companies are being involved in wrecks now with this current stage of ELDs. Insurance companies should file lawsuits against FMCSA for approving ELD regulation since its proving more commercial vehicle accidents are now happening. Which we a know was going to happen because ELDs isn't about safety.

I have a theory. Usually the first good snowfall weeds out the new billy big rig wannabes but with freight so hot there are more newbie drivers jumping out there and they haven't been weeded out yet.

If Dave gets a woman she better like cats...a lot.

A true owner op is going to be taking care of the ride, is no money in screwing up.

Now you don't want facts to muddle a perfectly good rationalization, do you.

I would say stupid drivers, unsafe drivers, stressed out drivers, are reasons that wrecks happen
