Are there any companies that don't make you share a hotel room?

I was wondering if there are any companies that don't force you to share a room when they book a hotel for you. I've worked with Werner Enterprises and am currently waiting for a trainer at Western Express and every time, I ALWAYS get a roommate that snores very loudly! Even now. I can barely sleep at night 'cuz of how loudly this man snores. (and I thought my parents snored loudly. This man literally sounds like a freakin' earthquake shaking the god**** room up) I can barely get any sleep at night! I'm actually contemplating the option of waiting for my trainer at home, since I don't live far from the terminal...

You can always pay for your own room or just wait at home.
This is Western Express we are talking about. Going there from Werner is not an upgrade.

I can see that. Western Express is even LESS honest!

First of all, I hate how in the trucking industry, losing your job at one place makes it nearly impossible to get a job ANYWHERE ELSE! I've been fired by Amazon twice, but it didn't stop me from getting a job at FedEx, Wal☆Mart, UPS or even Amazon that second time.

Getting back to Western Express, they never told me I wouldn't get paid for orientation. I found that out by watching YouTube reviews of the company. They never told me I wouldn't get paid until I log into my trainer's truck, however long that would take. (Werner pays $400 per week, even while you're waiting for a trainer) I found that out by my roommate, who's been driving for a while. He said that after a two-week vacation, they told him his truck was ready. He came to the terminal and they told him it wasn't ready yet, then shoved him into this hotel room with me. He says he hasn't been paid in three weeks.

I was a temporary warehouse associate when I was at Wal☆Mart, not a truck driver. Also, don't get me started on Wal☆Mart! That place SUCKED! You had to ask for permission to use the bathroom! And they could deny it!
