I think you'll make more money with the other list plus they have diesel APU. Melton and Jim Palmer also have diesel APU, but Melton is flatbed and the weekly pay won't be as high as the others. Melton is a good company, but can make more money elsewhere. Jim Palmer is still good; diesel APU.
