Are there any training companies that don't make you run teams?

If that's true, that's huge news. Really changes my, and I'm sure lots of others view of Roehl as well.

 

It's not a recent change, but it does take a while to destroy a reputation as good as Roehl had. I have a couple of friends and quite a few aquaintences still working their. The inside view ain't that great anymore, and is growing worse. Still recoverable at this point, but upper and middle management need to,start paying attention to the older, experienced drivers that have been with the company for a few years and asking why they are suddenly leaving as fast as they can.
