Are there any W E Wiley drivers that can give advice

I've been driving local for 30 years doing flatbed and lowboy. Got laid off last week, and been looking into OTR. Got W E Wiley calling, among others. Any advice from other drivers on how the company treats their drivers. If I have to go OTR, would hate to give all that time and have it wasted. Local or dedicated runs are hard to find though. Any advice would be helpful.
