You mean just get in line unless it is one of those. Rushing around sometimes saves you only a few minutes so select the music you enjoy, relax, enjoy watching others, you get to see some weird stuff. These roads are about maxed out with traffic so expect the delay, have a hard time coming to grips just how crowded it has become in the last few decades.

My first day with a trainer was I-95 leaving Philly on a Friday toward Jersey Shore. Three days later made 3 trips across the GW in one day.

summer ok winter sucks especially 70 west of Denver .... was going across Wyoming on 80 in the winter with 3000 lbs on not fun at all think it took 36 hours had to stop twice because of wind and ice ..... there both are do able but there seems be more and more drivers out here that think they are immune to ice and snow and drive way to fast

Both will take you over the Rockies I- 70 has alot more climbing, I - 80 forget about running it from late December through to February. My choice would be to run I - 15 from SLC to LA lots of good rest stops along the way including Whishy Petes and Buffalo Bills all you can eat buffet. On the Nevada/California border. The road is very rarely closed from snow or anything else. and no large mountains to go over.

i80 isn’t bad as far as mountains. Maybe rolling into slc could suck. Idk never done it in the winter...

It’s wyoming winter is what I’d be worried about and it can be winter there anytime it feels like it.
