Are there places to Exercise for Drivers?

We walk we we are stopped. Like someone else said park way out back so you have to walk in to the TS. Better yet park where your gonna deliver and walk a mile or so if at all possible.
Walking and exercise in general is not the UNcool thing anymore it is the "IN" thing to do. High blood pressure and many other things go wrong and you will loose your CDL if you dont pass the physical. I look for physicals to get tougher in the future.
I have seen guys have small weights in the truck and get them out and use them. I see guys and gals warming up and stretching in the AM and in the evening. Just do what you can and TRY to eat HEALTHY...you can do it and drive too...
Oh and the ones who laugh at you will be the ones at home sitting on the couch cause they lost their CDL's. -
exactly..when you start looking around the inside of the truck you start to see a multitude of different things you can do...
I carry ripcords and use a hook point above the top bunk... -

I carry a couple of 20# dumbbells. You can do a variety of exercises with them. And you'll have all the room in the world to walk or jog. There are some neighborhoods you may walk or jog into that you'll be sprinting out of.

I walk or jog, I could care less what other drivers say or think...
I saw on driver he was out doing "Torture Crunches" something he rigged up
on his cat walk, then later that night he was jogging the lot...
Park in the back row, once again I don't care what other drivers think, I park there because it's further to walk to the truck stop, not because I want a lot lizard, also usually in the back its far less crowded, less likely to hit someone Else's truck while backing in ...
Weights like xlsdraw is a good idea, you can get one of those Bow Flex dumbel. where you select the amount of weight, its all self contained, its pretty cool but expensive....

OR Get some cables, those rubber type, you can do a lot with them (resistance bands)
Where there is a will there is a way to exercise, you don't really need a facility...
