i have personally seen where the student is told to "go straight out, into the intersection, then make the turn"..
this can wipe out nearly anything on the right side. as you do not block off that right side, to forbid rummy's from coming up on you.
you close off the possibility of any sideswiping. or driving over anything.
Are there special backing rules for a heavy haul lowboy?

A rig that long you just ease out slow, take up the whole intersection and let the 4 wheelers wait. Keep your tire thumper in the door pouch for any hotheads that wanna climb up and chat.

The trucking game is the closet thing I'll ever get to enjoying the heavy-haul fantasy. I have as much chance of becoming a real-world heavy-hauler as I do to become a navy fighter jock or a NASA astronaut. -
I’m actually playing a game of American Heavy Duty Wrecker. I’ve got to complete three more missions before I can afford to buy a Rotator. OP, if you can give me a few weeks, and your whereabouts, I can bring my wrecker over there and lift that backend of your trailer around.

I don't know about any video games but HH is another level in driving & securement skills. Off or on road. Its long, wide, & heavy. Lots of chances for experience(mistakes). Lol
Dieselboss, G13Tomcat and TravR1 Thank this. -
I would like a game sim that mimic's the Weather Channel TV series "Highway Thru Hell".
Highway Thru Hell - Wikipedia
Highway Thru Hell is a Canadian documentary TV series that follows the operations of Jamie Davis Motor Trucking, a heavy vehicle rescue and recovery towing company based in Hope, British Columbia. Quiring Towing, Aggressive Towing, Mission Towing and Reliable Towing are also big players in the series.[1] The show focuses on the hardships of operating along the highways of the BC Interior, especially the Coquihalla Highway (Coq).
The winter highways of BC the TV series is based upon are much too COLD to be considered "thru hell" however. -
