Man Law #2 states plainly. And I quote, No man shall be required or allowed to sleep on someone else’s Peter tracks.

If one is replacing a mattress due to hygiene concerns you can put a plastic cover over the bed. Zip it up an no worries. Has the added benefit of killing any bed bugs or other critters trapped inside like fleas. Putting a mattress in one of those is a good way to ensure you won't get bed bugs or fleas in your mattress. Blankets, etc...yes. Mattress no.

One could also mention bed bugs to the company. Bed Bugs is serious business for a lot of places. One would think transportation wouldn't want such either. Bed bugs can lie dormant up to a year or so with no food. Fleas also, or close to it. Can be very costly to get rid of.

Could also just buy your own. Get a cover even if you buy your own mattress.

Far as bed bugs.... I highly suggest people learn to spot them, and how to check for them if they don't know already. They can be had by staying in a place that has them, you can pick them up as hitch hikers an bring them in your home/sleeper, etc. They can also catch a ride via pets.

Sirscrapntruckalot - I hate bed bugs.

I pulled air freight for a guy and one day I had a new mattress out of nowhere . My codriver and I weee stoked till we found out my boss flipped it because the terminal manager crawled inside cut his wrists and bled all over the old one . My boss was so icy he never said a word . He found the TM bleeding out, called 911 and flipped the mattress true story

But you still have to touch it.

You obviously have never seen a mattress that looked like a bio hazard scene lol Those dark stains? They’re not coffee ;)

Commonsense should be used. If stained...burn or ##### about health issues.

In the event you burn it....stand upwind.

    ;)
