    You eat dinner after 5pm??

    I am hearing horror stories on here about being disqualified for neck size, snoring, and other pretty petty stuff. Just what exactly is an insurance company's image of a truck driver, i don't snore, but i work out and have a pretty big neck, am i going to be disqualified now., wow, lol,, w t f:biggrin_25510:

    A lot of companies are zeroing in on Sleep Apnea. Two guages they use to determine if you 'possibly' suffer from sleep apnea is neck size (over 19") and BMI (over 30).
    Usually that means you must complete a sleep apnea test (your cost) and if you are found to suffer from it, must purchase and use a c-pap machine.
    If your BMI is in good shape (say 24-27), but your neck is large, they will likely bypass the testing.
    There are plenty of companies out there that will hire someone with SA, but you will need to use a c-pap machine.
    Talk with recruiters specifically about that company's requirements.

    Yeah and if you drink you are an alcoholic and there for disqualified for having alcoholism.

    lol, i don't have sleep apnea, simply have a fairly large neck from doing shrugs while lifting weights....

    if you wear a white tshirt on tuesdays, you may be disqualified from driving truck...

    great now you release this info. is this why my work said sign up for unenjoyment and we'll call you when it snows? although I do have to say as I look out my window I see more then one oak, what if there are 2 oaks do they cancel each other out?
