Hell even the old recruiters sometimes don't know jack. All they do is pretty much talk about how good their company and how cool their trucks are.

Recruiters don't inform through experience, they do it by rote. A driver will always know a company much better than a recruiter. (That's not to bad-mouth recruiters... it's just the way it is.)

I talked to one who had to look for the answers on her computer...they were basic questions...felt bad for her...sorta.

It is the job of the recruiter to NOT know by design.

    Recruiters have two roles..

    Weed out the undesirables

    Reel in the desirables..

Judging by your grammar, I would have to say "no" in your case.

Mechanical repetition. As in they're told what to say and learn it simply by repeating it over and over.
