I stopped drinking sodas back in March of 2012 because I didn't want to put too much work on my kidneys. I will probably have to cut out sport drinks and certain electrolyte infused water as well. Regular agua is fine with me

Soda pop is something I rarely touch. Water, milk, tea, and mostly coffee are my go to drinks…..

never was a soda drinker either. not allowed as a kid. too expensive

I would limit myself to a Fresca at the end of my day as I made dinner in the truck.

now it's water, coffee, beer and some bourbon occasionally.

I do keep some ginger ale for if I get stomach troubles.
