I do not need financing if I can find the best priced school.
Unfortunately the local college pulled their training program.
I'd like to spend no more than 1500 to 2K for training.

Anyone drivers in the Phoenix area know where to train?

You're not spending anything if the trucking company you choose to work for reimburses the tuition back to you. Most companies reimburse anywhere from $5K to $7K back to the driver.
I posted about the tuition reimbursement in Post #6 on your other thread.

    Thanks Chinatown.
I'd like to pay up front to expand my choices.

Good idea; pay up front. You can get the money returned through the "tuition reimbursement" program many companies offer.

P.S you've given the best advice thus far and several leads. Do you live here in AZ?

Another driver in Phoenix is doing the same. I'll look for his thread. Gave him some company names to check.

I immigrated from Tennessee to Las Vegas. Split time between Las Vegas and Beijing.

My youngest is 11 yrs. old. I like the average temperatures year round in Southern Nevada; hot & dry. Doesn't feel as hot because the humidity is so low. No state income taxes.
