ARKANSAS English Checks Have Begun, They’re checking ALL trucks

This is just getting ridiculous.

It was career day and ####tail hour.

 

I went to Florence SC yesterday and tried to have a small talk with a local day cab driver (an older white man) while waiting to get loaded.
I swear to God, I did not understand 90% of what he was saying. That was some hardcore Southern accent

 

I know people that were born here in the USA and a few of them wouldn't pass the language check. I also know people that can't read and write, and I would rather see them running our government than the goofballs we have in DC now.

 

I couldn't even make it through the video. His lack of understanding the questions makes me wonder how some people make it through the day in a world they don't know.

 

How many foreign languages do you speak?

 

Why would anyone need to speak a foreign language in USA?

 

If you want to communicate in Florida, Texas, California, a few others.....
I wouldn't be surprised if we have elephant dung huts in a few years.

 

I love it. Every place I load and unload (flatbed) lately is sick and tired of non-english speaking drivers showing up and not understanding any instructions and doing everything wrong. Im banking on it getting me/the agent I use some new contract freight .

 

I’ve been hearing a lot of the same thing. People get tired of dealing with it after a bit.
