I've agreed to an offer from Arnold, but it's not the gig I was hoping for. I just need another 6mo exp to get with a better company. I haven't found any of the Arnold threads saying anything positive, so I'd just like to hear any an all relevant info so I'll know what to expect.![]()

Dont understand the 6mos. exp part.Your profile says 19yrs exp.? I drove for arnold about 4 yrs ago when I lived in Amarillo.Just could'nt make any money because of miles. At that time it seemed like everybody wanted to be home every week.I'm single to and wanted to run, they just could'nt keep me busy.I lasted 6 mos. and moved on. -
I started driving in 1989, right after I left the military. I got out of driving in 11/2008 and came back in 08/2011. The only exp that counts is the last 3 yrs...

I just called Jax to ask what the current trucks are. They are Pete 587s mid-roof, with a 32" bunk. I have a feeling my wife is not going to like that bunk...

Does'nt Arnold have a terminal in Dallas anymore? Thats where I went for Orientation.I see Arnold trucks here and there, mostly in OK.The ones I see are 387 petes and I'm sure they're all double bunks.USX only orders double bunks so they can move trucks around and team them if need be.I drove one of those and its probably one of the biggest cab/sleeper out there. -
I called the Jax # just to get quick info on the equip. There are pics of their 587s online. If I go, it will be to Grand Prarie.
