Arrest record and getting hired?

So you don't have a felony, you were merely charged with a crime? What was the outcome of your case?

 

Ahhh you dirty criminal element! To the gallows with you!!!!! You'll never work in this town again! Lol. Check your record. It may not even be on there. I would say you have nothing to worry about. Truck it up and keep your nose clean!

 

You can't get a arrest record expunged, how ever you can get a certified document from the county that you were arrested in stating thst you were not convicted with a crime. It won't guarantee that you will get a job, but it might help.

 

If he's not charged, nothing may even be there. The fact there's no felony and the outcome was no evidence, I think he's golden.

 

Arrest records usally stick, convicted or not. If there is no felony it might be ignored, thats up to the employer. Once you are booked it's in the system. There are mugshots online of people who had been arrested but not convicted their mugshots are still there.
