Arrested on a 34 hour reset, criminal mischeif.

Company name rymes with us xpress l/o ,drinking on 10 hour while underload... Decides to move truck ,crushes a car gets arrested for dui damaged trailer. His teammate/ girlfriend admits to safety she had a drink.
Maybe this why do try to discourage drinking...because people lack common sense and good judgement

 

Any idiot that moves trk after drinking and while off duty deserves to get fired.

Another funny one I heard, a rookie Swift driver told me, because he graduated from Swift driving school, he has 20 years experience, had to laugh in his face, and inform him, the only way to achieve 20 years experience, is to drive for 20 years

 

I got 20 years of education, i graduated the tenth grade twice!

 

I wish more treated you like adults. I actually got a warning at a job I had because they looked into my facebook because I was new and I was tagged at a bar on my hometime. Their alcohol policy was that you don't drink, ever. If you have a week vacation, you're not allowed to have a single beer during it.

Truckers seriuosly need to grow a pair of balls and start fighting back and demanding to be treated and paid like adults.

To the people saying "your buddy is an ###" for telling the company. Let me ask you this...SERIOUSLY. Do you HONESTLY think that if his co driver didn't tell the company...that they wouldn't have found out anyway? SERIOUSLY???

 

Why would they care? Doesn't affect his driving record and it's not a serious offense.
